Innovation is a central aspect of modern and sustainable companies and for this, it is essential to engage people to stimulate the emergence of contributions, convert proposals into value and opportunities for the company and enhance the results and impact of actions. In this context, we were challenged to develop a customized program that involved stimulating creativity and an exercise of idea generation with the REN group of employees.

We shared general concepts on culture of innovation, creativity and idea generation, concluding with a critical reflection exercise focused on awakening participants to the need to be aware of the opportunities for innovation in their daily lives. A collection and analysis of inputs and stimuli was carried out, and we led employees to share among themselves and propose ideas with potential for innovation, generating a considerable amount of embryonic ideas that were tested and evaluated, giving rise to a final selection of ideas that deserved special attention through the preparation of value propositions.

Getting to know REN's people and infrastructures, working with the innovation team, having the opportunity to think strategically about the future of this organization is undoubtedly a project we are very proud to have embraced.
