The biosignalsplux Pro is an advanced biosignal acquisition device developed for research, education, and clinical applications. Designed for intensive use in laboratories, universities, and research centers, it meets the growing need for reliable, robust equipment capable of keeping pace with evolving biomedical technologies. In this context, the challenge was not just to develop an enclosure for high-precision electronics.
It was to create a product capable of protecting sensitive components, integrating multiple sensors, ensuring efficient thermal dissipation, facilitating daily use, and conveying the confidence that a scientific environment demands. The collaboration between Everythink and PLUX Biosignals focused precisely on this physical materialization of the product. Internationally recognized for developing biosignal monitoring platforms, PLUX entrusted Everythink with the industrial design, product engineering, and industrialization process of the biosignalsplux Pro.

Starting from the functional and electronic requirements defined by PLUX, the development of the casing sought to reconcile technical performance, robustness, and industrial viability. Throughout the project, different construction solutions were explored, prototypes were developed, and every detail related to accessibility, assembly, electronics protection, manufacturing repeatability, and prolonged use was refined.
The result is a device with a discreet, technical, and professional language, where form reinforces function without competing with it. Equipment designed to fade into the background during use, allowing researchers, educators, and students to focus on what really matters: the data, the analysis, and the knowledge produced.

The biosignalsplux Pro is part of PLUX's portfolio of advanced solutions and is used by universities, research centers, and clinical institutions worldwide. The project demonstrates how industrial design can be a strategic element in scientific devices, contributing to the credibility, durability, and scalability of technologies that drive research and healthcare.
