Advertising media installed on vehicles are traditionally static: they display the same message regardless of location, time, weather conditions, or the audience present. In addition to limiting the relevance of the communication, they require physical processes and additional costs whenever a campaign needs to be updated.
NEXI proposes a more flexible approach. Through outdoor-ready digital screens, content can be changed remotely and adapted based on different variables, such as the vehicle's location, time of day, weather conditions, events, product launches, or other criteria defined by the campaign. Communication thus ceases to be merely mobile and becomes contextual, targeted, and measurable.

NEXI was developed as a multifunctional device, going beyond a simple advertising medium. While displaying content, the system can collect data on the areas traveled and the context in which the communication takes place. Four integrated cameras provide a 360-degree view of the surroundings, making it possible to characterize audiences by location, map urban areas, identify infrastructure needs or deficiencies, and record environmental conditions associated with each place and moment.
This combination of communication and data collection allows for a better assessment of campaign reach, an understanding of the contexts in which they are presented, and support for decisions aimed at a more precise return on investment.

The solution was designed to simplify installation and reduce the limitations associated with the specific dimensions or characteristics of each vehicle. The structure is attached to the roof, allowing for quick, secure, and reversible mounting without the need for permanent vehicle modifications. The system can be adjusted to different makes and models and features retractable screens that remain protected when not in use.
Inside the structure are the main electronic and power components, protected by an IP55-rated acrylic case. The system includes an industrial router with 4G mobile connectivity, GPS, a portable power unit, cables, adapters, and screen lifting mechanisms. Integrating these elements into a single solution allows NEXI to operate autonomously and be quickly transferred between vehicles or locations.

As the project evolved, it became clear that the main advantage of NEXI was not just its use on a vehicle. The speed of installation, autonomy, and ability to combine digital content with information gathering open up the possibility of applying the system in static or temporary contexts.
Stores, airports, hospitals, trade fairs, commercial spaces, public facilities, or events can benefit from a platform that can be installed and removed quickly, adapting content to the needs of each location. In this new framework, NEXI is no longer exclusively a mobile advertising medium, but rather a flexible communication and information infrastructure, ready to support different contexts, audiences, and objectives.
